Shipping Destinations

All orders ship from our facility in Cascais, Portugal. Currently, our shipping services are exclusively available within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time. We cannot ship to PO Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial physical address.

SECTION 2

Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders undergo strict quality control and packaging before being dispatched. The order processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). If an exceptional issue prevents dispatch within this window, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods, Transit Times & Costs

Every order is dispatched from Cascais, Portugal, and travels to the United States with an international logistics partner. Final-mile delivery inside the United States is handled by the carriers listed below. The transit times shown include international transport and customs clearance.

Standard Shipping

Route: Cascais, Portugal → United States, with USPS or UPS final-mile delivery

Transit Time: 7 to 12 business days

Cost: FREE Shipping Storewide

Expedited Shipping

Route: Cascais, Portugal → United States, carried end to end by FedEx or DHL

Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days

Cost: $29.99 USD

SECTION 4

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time. For Standard Shipping, the total delivery time is generally between 8 to 15 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates; actual delivery dates may be affected by customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier-related force majeure events.

Order Cut-off Time

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – ET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Order Tracking & Notifications

We believe in keeping you informed at every step of the journey:

Shipping Confirmation: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.

How to Track: You can track your order status anytime via the Track Your Order page linked in our website’s utility navigation and footer.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Packages: For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

SECTION 7

Taxes and Duties

Your order is imported into the United States on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the price charged at checkout and are paid by Mamof, not by you. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, please do not pay it before contacting us at [email protected] so we can investigate.

SECTION 8

Missing or Damaged Items

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours at: [email protected]. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
