Please include only the information reasonably needed to locate your records:

• The email address associated with your account, order, or previous interaction with Mamof
• A brief statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising

You do not need to create an account or make a purchase to submit an opt-out request.

Browser and Cookie Choices

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may reduce certain analytics or advertising activity, but may also affect website functionality. Browser cookie controls are separate from an opt-out request submitted directly to Mamof.

What Happens After Your Request

We will process a valid request as soon as reasonably practicable and within the period required by applicable law. Once processed, we will stop applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity associated with the information we can reasonably identify from your request.

We may continue to use or disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Complete orders, process payments, provide customer service, and maintain account security
• Detect fraud, prevent abuse, debug errors, and protect the website
• Comply with legal obligations and exercise or defend legal claims
• Perform other activities permitted by applicable privacy law

Verification and Authorized Agents

We will not require you to verify your identity beyond what is reasonably necessary to identify the information associated with an opt-out request. Any information requested for this purpose will be used only to process and document the request.

Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may request reasonable evidence that the agent has authority to act for you.

No Discrimination

Mamof will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Exercising an opt-out right will not require you to create an account and will not, by itself, result in different prices or a different level of service.
