Thank you for choosing Mamof. We are dedicated to providing our customers in the United States with high-quality products and reliable delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping processes, delivery timelines, and order tracking procedures to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
1.Shipping Destinations
Currently, our shipping services are exclusively available within the contiguous United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time. We cannot ship to PO Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial physical address.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders undergo strict quality control and packaging before being dispatched. The order processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or for specific delicate items, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email in such cases.

Expedited Shipping

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time. For Standard Shipping, the total delivery time is generally between 8 to 15 business days. Please note that these timelines are estimates; actual delivery dates may be affected by customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier-related force majeure events.
5. Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Eastern Time - ET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
6. Order Tracking & Notifications
We believe in keeping you informed at every step of the journey:
Shipping Confirmation: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
How to Track: You can track your order status anytime via the "Track Your Order" link located in our website’s main menu and footer.
Tracking Updates: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Packages: For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, you will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
7. Taxes and Duties
As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. Under U.S. law, most orders valued under $800 are typically exempt from duties under the de minimis threshold.
8. Missing or Damaged Items
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours at: help@mamof.com. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
