Welcome to the Mamof FAQ page. We have compiled a list of the most common questions to help you have a seamless shopping experience. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please contact our dedicated support team at help@mamof.com.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska) at this time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time consists of two parts:

Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: 7 to 12 business days for Standard Shipping, or 3 to 5 business days for Expedited Shipping. In general, you can expect your package within 8 to 15 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. If you require faster delivery, Expedited Shipping is available for a flat rate of $29.99 USD.

2. Order Tracking & Modifications

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link. You can also monitor your package directly on our website via the Track Your Order page located in our main menu.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system after the initial dispatch. If there is no movement after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request changes or a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the processing phase, we are unable to stop the shipment. In such cases, you may follow our return process after the item arrives.

I ordered multiple items; why did I only receive one?

To ensure the fastest delivery, we sometimes ship items from the same order in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package sent.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Please email us at help@mamof.com for authorization and specific instructions. Please do not send items back to our address without prior approval.

Who pays for return shipping?

Defective or Incorrect Items: Mamof covers all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind / Personal Preference: The customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs to our facility in Portugal.

How long does it take to get a refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. It typically takes an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Are there any hidden fees or additional taxes?

No. The price displayed on the product page is the final price. We do not charge hidden handling fees or surprise taxes at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is built on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant platform. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure that your credit card and personal data are protected during the entire transaction process.

What should I do if my tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received my package?

Please check with neighbors or your building manager first. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered 24 hours before actual arrival. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, please contact us at help@mamof.com.
